Associate Procurement Representative Full Time NEW

Role Purpose

The Procurement Associate (The Art Coordinator) manages the artwork process for product labels and packaging. This role acts as the main contact between internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Procurement) and external suppliers to ensure artwork is created, reviewed, approved, and ready for production. Scope of this role not only limits to Labels of Packaging & Equipment but also other material type if need arise in future.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive artwork change requests or new artwork briefs through SharePoint.
• Send artwork requests to selected vendors and request artwork proofs.
• Receive artwork proofs from vendors and upload them to SharePoint for internal approval.
• Track the approval process and follow up with stakeholders as needed.
• Obtain final signed artwork approval from SharePoint.
• Share the approved artwork with the vendor for production.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/chemical/packaging engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience working with design changes, packaging, labelling industry, product label artwork
• Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
• Experience working with SharePoint, Design Tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in management, Business, Finance, project management
• Experience working with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Procurement, global or regional stakeholders
• Prior exposure to packaging, labelling, or manufacturing support activities.
• Strong coordination skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

• Shift Coverage: ANZ business hours (07:00 AM to 04:00 PM)
