Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Education Sales
Location: Durgapur
Employment Type: Full-time

AICT is an education-focused business offering high-quality courses designed to help students achieve their goals. We are looking for a driven and persuasive Telecalling Executive who has prior experience in selling educational courses and can effectively convert leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads and explain course offerings
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
- Build strong relationships with potential customers and understand their learning needs
- Follow up consistently with leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and feedback in CRM or tracking sheets
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion strategies
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory: Prior experience in telecalling or inside sales for educational courses (EdTech, coaching institutes, online learning platforms, etc.)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi+Bengali+ English preferred)
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- Comfortable working with targets and performance-based incentives
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling courses or coaching programs
- Familiarity with online education platforms and student counseling
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Compensation
- Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹38,000.00 per month
