Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (On-site)

We are looking for a highly driven US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in W2 hiring to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced US staffing environment and have a passion for closing positions, we’d love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
• Work extensively on W2 requirements (primary focus)
• Manage hiring for C2C and 1099 roles
• Source candidates via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms
• Screen, shortlist, and submit quality profiles within TAT
• Conduct initial HR/technical screenings
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth follow-ups
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Negotiate salaries/rates and close positions efficiently
• Maintain ATS and candidate database regularly

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in W2 hiring (mandatory)
• Good understanding of C2C & 1099 models
• Hands-on experience with job portals & sourcing strategies
• Knowledge of US work authorization (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred

• Experience with direct clients or implementation partners
• Familiarity with ATS tools & recruitment metrics
• Strong networking & pipeline-building ability
