At Fandoro Technologies, we’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. If you’re fresh out of college or have up to 2 years of experience and are eager to build a strong foundation in HR and administration, this role is for you!
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, coordination)
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations
- Coordinate internal communications and employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support the finance team with details as required
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers are welcome!)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
