Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in designing and executing training programs and workshops
- Coordinate with internal teams for training schedules and logistics
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Work on learning content creation (presentations, SOPs, manuals)
- Track training effectiveness and maintain L&D data/reports
- Research new learning tools, trends, and best practices
