About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Posting Executive to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare payment posting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts in the billing system.
• Reconcile daily deposits with bank statements and system records.
• Ensure correct allocation of payments from insurance companies, patients, and other payers.
• Review and resolve payment discrepancies, including short pays and overpayments.
• Work closely with AR team to provide payment-related insights.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies regarding patient data.
• Generate and share payment posting reports as required.
• Support month-end closing activities related to payment reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in payment posting within US healthcare RCM domain.
• Good knowledge of EOBs (Explanation of Benefits), ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice), and denial codes.
• Proficiency with billing software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
