Role Description
The IT Support / IT Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across office locations. This role includes infrastructure checks, asset management, end-user support, meeting room readiness, ticket resolution, and coordination with vendors to maintain uninterrupted business operations
Qualifications
- Resolve hardware and software issues for Mac and Windows devices.
- Troubleshoot network, printer, Intercom, and IP phone issues.
- Provide meeting room and AV support as required.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding IT activities as instructed.
- Ensure all support tickets are accurately updated and closed in the ticketing tool.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focused, solution-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
