- Academic strategy, curriculum design & program excellence (MBA, BBA, Executive Ed)
- Faculty recruitment, mentoring & research output
- Accreditation & rankings (NAAC, NBA, AACSB, EQUIS)
- Industry partnerships, placements & student development
- Research centres, funded projects & global collaborations
What we’re looking for
- Ph.D in Management or related field
- 10-15 years academic experience
- Leadership at HOD / Professor Level
- Strong research & publications record
- Accreditation experience
