Role Description

This full-time, on-site Senior Claims Analyst role is located in Noida. The primary responsibilities include managing end-to-end claims processing, analyzing claims for accuracy and compliance, handling claim escalations, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you will review and resolve complex insurance claims while adhering to regulatory policies and company standards. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance claims processes and reporting is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing and evaluating claims and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Proven expertise in Claims Processing and Claims Handling within the insurance or healthcare sector.
• Effective Communication abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and address claim-related queries.
• Knowledge of Insurance standards, processes, and regulations in relevant regions.
• Proficiency in claims management software and tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Healthcare Management.
• Experience working in a high-volume claims environment is beneficial.
