About The Team

At Nutanix, the G&A-Recruiting team is composed of 17 dedicated members located in both Bangalore and Pune. You will report to the Sr. Manager, who encourages innovation and fosters a supportive atmosphere for all team members.

Your Role

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed at every stage.
• Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
• Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, career fairs, networking events, and other channels to attract top talent.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal regulations and internal policies, while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.

What You Will Bring

• 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, handling end-to-end processes for diverse functions and levels.
• Proficient in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment platforms, with a strong grasp of sourcing and candidate engagement tools.
• Good in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management and critical thinking skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy in every stage of the recruitment process.
• Collaborative team player, excelling in cross-functional teamwork and fostering strong relationships across departments.

How We Work

This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
