Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our sales team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing soft sales deals over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong convincing aptitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via telephone to generate leads and business opportunities.
• Deliver a structured sales pitch, customizing it based on individual customer needs.
• Assess eligibility as per the script and create accurate customer profiles.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are properly documented.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to address queries and maximize conversion opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability.
• Stay updated with company offerings, product features, and sales targets.
• Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to influence and persuade customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)/Degree

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month (based on interview performance and prior experience).
