RPA Developer – Construction – Bengaluru Full Time NEW

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath to join our team. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes using UiPath. You will collaborate with various teams to understand process requirements and deliver efficient, scalable RPA solutions that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath, ensuring high-quality automation that meets business requirements.
• Utilize the RE-Framework to create robust, scalable automation solutions.
• Implement Document Understanding workflows using UiPath and AI Center to automate data extraction and processing from structured and unstructured documents.
• Integrate UiPath with external systems through API Integration to enhance automation capabilities.
• Work with SQL Server Integration to interact with databases and manage data in automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain UiPath Apps to create user-friendly, customizable front-end interfaces for automation.
• Manage automation orchestrations using UiPath Orchestrator, including scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with teams using GIT for version control, ensuring proper versioning and code collaboration practices.
• Perform remote debugging of automation solutions to resolve issues efficiently in distributed environments.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows for Citrix environments, ensuring smooth automation of virtualized systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in RE-Framework for building reusable, scalable workflows.
• Experience with Document Understanding and AI Center in UiPath for intelligent document processing.
• Strong expertise in API Integration for seamless communication between UiPath and external systems.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration for database interaction.
• Experience building front-end interfaces using UiPath Apps.
• Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator for managing, deploying, and scheduling automations.
• Familiarity with Version Control (GIT) for collaborative development.
• Experience with Remote Debugging to resolve issues in distributed environments.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix Automation for automating virtualized environments.
• Familiarity with programming languages like VB, C, C , Python.
• Exposure to Power Platform tools.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of automation workflows.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of RPA best practices, process automation methodologies, and the UiPath suite (Studio, Orchestrator, etc.).
• Experience with integrating UiPath with other enterprise systems (APIs, Databases, etc.).
• Familiarity with programming languages like VB.NET, C#, or Python to enhance automation capabilities.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git for managing code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath Certified Professional (UiPath Advanced Developer Certification or equivalent).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with other RPA tools like Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism (a plus).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and deploying RPA solutions in the cloud.
