We are looking for a creative and strategic YouTube Content Creator & Marketing Specialist who can plan, produce, and promote engaging video content. This role combines storytelling, video production, and digital marketing to grow our YouTube presence and drive audience engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Plan, script, and produce high-quality YouTube videos

* Develop and execute content strategies to increase subscribers and watch time

* Manage the YouTube channel (uploads, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, SEO)

* Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights

* Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote videos across platforms

* Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies

* Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teams

**Requirements**

* Proven experience as a YouTube creator, video producer, or content marketer

* Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and growth strategies

* Video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools)

* Creative storytelling and scriptwriting ability

* Knowledge of social media marketing and audience engagement tactics

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
