Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur (1) & Pune (1) for an Information Technology System Engineer. The role involves performing system administration, managing computer networks, and providing technical support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and maintaining IT systems and networks, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical IT infrastructure that supports the educational objectives of the school. The role also includes collaborating with faculty and staff to address their technological needs and contribute to the improvement of IT services on campus.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Information Technology concepts and practices
- Hands-on experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
- Competence in System Administration and Network Administration
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certifications such as CCNA and MCP are an added advantage
- Understanding of educational technology and its application is beneficial
