The Role

A hands-on operations role covering both FIT and Group travel — from bookings and supplier coordination to client delivery. You’ll work closely with our India sales team and report directly to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage end-to-end FIT & Group bookings to the USA, UK & Europe

•  Coordinate hotels, transport, guides & suppliers

•  Prepare itineraries, vouchers & client travel documents

•  Handle amendments, cancellations & operational changes

•  Pre-travel client liaison and post-travel aftercare

•  Maintain accurate CRM and booking system records

•  Support management with reporting & process improvements

What We’re Looking For

•  1–2 years in travel operations (FIT & Group preferred)

•  DMC experience is mandatory

•  Strong knowledge of the USA travel market is essential

•  Experience with booking systems & CRM tools

•  Strong attention to detail & organisational skills

•  Confident communicator with clients and suppliers

•  Calm problem-solver under pressure

•  Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business preferred
