Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
4- Post job openings on various platforms
5- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and documentation
6- Support in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
