- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles
- Handle volume hiring across multiple locations
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring progress
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives (if required)
