Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Vice President Finance based in Chennai. The Vice President Finance will oversee the organization’s financial operations and strategy. Responsibilities include financial planning, analyzing financial performance and trends, preparing and interpreting financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. This role also involves leadership and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to drive strategic financial initiatives.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret financial data effectively and provide actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional finance teams effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in financial leadership roles and a deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
