Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for healthcare technology products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (clinical, business, and technical teams) to gather and prioritize requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR where applicable)
  • Analyze market trends and competitor products in healthcare IT space
  • Manage sprint planning, grooming, and release planning activities
  • Act as the key point of contact between business and development teams

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager in IT
  • Strong experience in healthcare domain (US healthcare preferred)
  • Good understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EHR/EMR systems)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
