Placement Officer – Digital Marketing Academy (Remote | Pan India) Full Time NEW

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives

About the Role

We are hiring a Placement Officer who can connect with companies, generate interview opportunities, and help our students get placed in digital marketing roles across India.

This is a result-oriented role. Your performance will be judged on interviews and placements, not just coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with HRs, founders, and hiring managers across India
• Build partnerships with companies, startups, and digital marketing agencies
• Generate interview opportunities for freshers in digital marketing roles
• Organize and manage placement drives (virtual/offline)
• Conduct mock interviews and student grooming sessions
• Train students on:
• Resume building
• Interview communication
• Confidence and presentation
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with companies
• Maintain a database of hiring partners and job openings

Target Hiring Cities

Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata
(Pan India coverage required)

Performance Expectations

• 30–50 interviews scheduled per month
• Consistent student placements
• Build and manage a network of hiring companies

Who Should Apply

• Candidates with experience in placements, HR, or recruitment
• Strong corporate network or ability to build one quickly
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Someone who can take ownership and deliver results

Incentives

• Incentive per successful placement & successful interviews

This is not a coordination-only role.
We are looking for someone who can actively bring interview opportunities and drive placements.
