The Role

As Director of Client Delivery, you will be the operational backbone of Monetizely’s client work – owning project quality, managing our analyst team, and serving as the client-facing delivery lead across concurrent engagements. You will work closely with our founders, but you will run the delivery machine independently.

This is not just a project coordination role. You will be expected to understand pricing strategy deeply, pressure-test analytical outputs, write client-ready deliverables, and hold your own in conversations with SaaS executives. Think of yourself as the person who makes sure every engagement we close gets executed to an exceptionally high standard – on time, on scope, and in a way that makes clients renew and refer us.

What You Will Own

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple customer engagements, from kickoff through final recommendations and follow-through
• Own project quality, timelines, client communication, and internal coordination across all active accounts
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts and junior team members to deliver high-quality research, analysis, models, presentations, and client-ready outputs
• Translate client needs into clear workplans, milestones, responsibilities, and deliverables
• Review and elevate team output across spreadsheets, pricing models, survey/research analysis, presentations, memos, and recommendation decks
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, risks are flagged early, and clients are kept informed with professionalism and clarity
• Drive strong written and verbal communication with international customers, especially US-based stakeholders
• Support executive-level client interactions by helping structure discussions, synthesize insights, and convert ambiguity into action
• Build repeatable delivery processes, templates, QA standards, and project management discipline across the firm
• Coordinate across research, analytics, strategy, and presentation workstreams so final recommendations are cohesive and commercially strong
• Help improve delivery leverage and team productivity by refining workflows, review cadences, and team operating rhythms
• Maintain a high bar for professionalism, responsiveness, and detail orientation across all client-facing work

Ideal Profile

Required:

• 8+ years of experience in client delivery, consulting, professional services, or a similar role, with at least 4-5 years in a client-facing capacity
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects for international customers, especially US or global B2B clients
• Strong experience managing teams that produce analytical and presentation-based deliverables
• Exceptional written and verbal English – client-ready, precise, and indistinguishable from a native speaker
• Confidence running senior client calls (CRO, CFO, CEO level) independently
• Strong project management instincts, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously without dropping quality
• Ability to review and improve structured problem-solving, quantitative analysis, spreadsheets, decks, and written recommendations
• Strong client handling skills: executive presence, follow-through, and calm ownership under pressure
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment with high quality standards
• Prior experience in strategy consulting, research-driven consulting, SaaS, B2B services, revenue strategy, pricing, or analytics is strongly preferred
• MBA from a strong institution is a plus, but not mandatory for the right candidate
• Based in Delhi NCR

Strong Plus Factors:

• Experience in pricing, packaging, monetization, GTM strategy, market research, or commercial strategy
• Experience managing survey/research, data analysis, or insight-generation projects
• Experience building delivery systems and managing utilization/bandwidth across teams
• Familiarity with international business communication and expectation-setting with senior stakeholders
