Role Description
This is a flexible Remote role for an Associate – Membership Operations located in India. The Associate will manage day-to-day operations related to member onboarding and engagement, maintain memberships, and ensure member queries are addressed promptly. The role entails coordinating events and webinars, supporting administrative activities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of membership experiences. The Associate will also collaborate with various teams to implement operational strategies and effectively manage member databases.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations skills, including the ability to manage processes and attention to detail
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for effective member engagement
- Proficient in Analytical Skills to monitor, evaluate, and improve membership operations
- Customer Service skills to provide prompt and efficient support to members
- Proficiency in MS Office and database tools is preferred
- Ability to manage a WordPress-based website and membership management system
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields is preferred
- Experience in membership management, event coordination, or non-profit organizations is a plus
- Available and willing to travel for ARRAI Events and other Events occasionally.
