Role Description

Yaskawa India Private Limited is seeking a full-time Warehouse and Logistics Manager to be based on-site in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory levels, coordinating logistics and supply chain activities, and ensuring efficient daily operations. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills to meet organizational goals effectively and provide top-notch service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management and Inventory Management to maintain organized, efficient, and accurate stock records and processes
• Extensive experience in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management to streamline processes and achieve operational excellence
• Strong Customer Service skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Sound knowledge of logistics management practices and industry regulations
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for efficient decision-making
• Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools for warehouse and logistics management
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, APICS) are an advantage
