About the Role
Brand 247 works with businesses and property owners to manage and monetize advertising spaces across multiple locations. We are looking for an Ad Space Manager who can expand and manage our network of ad spaces.
What You’ll Do
* Identify and onboard new ad spaces (hoardings, screens, hotels, apartments, commercial spots)
* Build relationships with ad space owners and negotiate leasing terms
* Manage and track all ad spaces under Brand 247
* Assign ad spaces to clients based on availability and requirements
* Ensure proper listing and documentation of all ad spaces on our platform
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Comfortable with field work and meeting partners
* Basic understanding of sales or business development
* Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
Bonus (Not Mandatory)
* Experience in real estate, media, or advertising
* Local network and connections
* Understanding of outdoor advertising
