Role Description

The Customer Care Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all touchpoints. The role involves effective communication, managing customer interactions, and analyzing feedback to optimize service processes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with customers
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and improve service delivery
• Ability to handle customer concerns with a focus on resolution and empathy
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or other customer service software is a plus
• A professional approach and a customer-centric mindset
