Associate Manager – SAP-SAP IBP Demand Planning Full Time

The Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in our SAP Planning – Delivery department, specifically focusing on SAP IBP Demand Planning. They will lead a team, ensuring effective demand planning and forecasting, and driving process improvements. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the demand planning landscape within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP IBP Demand Planning professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Develop and implement demand planning strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and historical data to forecast demand accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure demand plans are integrated with overall business plans.
• Implement SAP IBP tools and technologies to enhance demand planning processes and efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate demand planning performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in demand planning and supply chain management.
• Document and communicate demand planning processes, ensuring clear and consistent guidelines for the team.
• Provide regular progress reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in demand planning, with a strong background in SAP IBP.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in SAP IBP and other relevant demand planning tools and technologies.
• Experience in developing and implementing demand planning strategies and processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work from the office 3 days a week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
