Manager – SAP-Project Management Full Time

As the Associate Manager – SAP Project Management, you will play a crucial role in delivering successful SAP projects for our clients. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of SAP professionals, ensuring timely and efficient project execution. Your expertise in SAP and project management will be key in driving the success of our SAP PM Competency – Delivery department.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of SAP project managers and consultants, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee and coordinate global SAP projects, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and regions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project scope and objectives.
• Conduct regular project reviews and progress assessments, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Establish effective communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring transparent and timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and standards, promoting efficient and effective project delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align SAP projects with business goals and strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, driving innovation and process improvements.
• Provide regular status reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting project achievements and challenges.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is mandatory, with a strong background in SAP project management.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful SAP implementations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management.
• Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies, such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Experience in managing global SAP projects and working with diverse cultural teams.
• A deep understanding of SAP technologies and their application in various industries.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality SAP solutions.
