About the Role
Schbang is hiring a Brand Solutions Lead to lead solutions team and drive digital-first, 360° integrated marketing for leading FMCG brands. This role demands strong expertise in social, content, influencer marketing, and brand strategy, with a sharp focus on delivering high engagement and brand impact.
Key Requirements
✅ 4–6 years of experience with reputed advertising/digital agencies only
✅ Strong expertise in digital-first & 360 integrated campaigns
✅ Deep understanding of current social & digital trends (Instagram-first)
✅ Proven track record of driving brand visibility & customer engagement
✅ Hands-on experience in influencer marketing & creator collaborations (Instagram)
✅ Strong client servicing & stakeholder management (focus on client engagement score)
✅ Ability to translate brand objectives into high-performing content & campaigns
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end brand solutions for FMCG clients
- Drive content, social, influencer & integrated campaigns
- Improve brand engagement, reach, and recall through digital storytelling
- Collaborate with creative, media & influencer teams for seamless execution
