Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads) based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid Meta advertising campaigns. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing campaign data, coordinating with the marketing team, tracking performance metrics, and suggesting strategies for enhanced ROI. The role demands regular communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends, target audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Strong Communication skills for collaboration with teams and presentation of campaign outcomes.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing within the digital or e-commerce space.
• Proficiency in managing Meta Ads campaigns, with demonstrated ability to optimize performance and achieve measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics for performance improvement.
• Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms is an added advantage.
