Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketplace Growth Manager who will take complete ownership of revenue growth across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
This is not an execution-only role. You will be responsible for driving sales, improving visibility, managing inventory, optimizing profitability, and leading a team to scale the business across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms like Zepto and Blinkit.
You will operate like a business owner within the company, making decisions across marketing, pricing, operations, and growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Growth Ownership
·        Own overall marketplace revenue and growth targets
·        Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
·        Identify growth levers across traffic, conversion, pricing, and distribution
·        Expand presence across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms
2. Marketplace Marketing & Performance
·        Plan and execute marketplace advertising strategies (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
·        Set and track KPIs such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
·        Optimize campaign performance continuously
·        Work closely with internal and external teams to improve paid + organic performance
3. Listing Optimization & Conversion
·        Optimize product listings (titles, keywords, A+ content, images, SEO)
·        Improve conversion rates through continuous testing and iteration
·        Ensure listings are aligned with platform best practices and search algorithms
4. Inventory, Supply & Operations
·        Forecast demand and plan inventory across warehouses and FBA
·        Coordinate with supply chain, production, and warehouse teams
·        Ensure high fill rates and avoid stockouts
·        Manage quick commerce inventory cycles and replenishment
5. Pricing & Competitive Strategy
·        Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and positioning
·        Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand and competition
·        Identify gaps and opportunities within categories
6. Data, Reporting & Decision-Making
·        Track key metrics: sales, conversion rate, CTR, ACOS/ROAS, buy box %, rankings
·        Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
·        Derive insights and take action based on data
·        Continuously improve performance through experimentation
7. Account Health & Platform Management
·        Maintain account health across all platforms
·        Handle escalations, claims, and listing issues
·        Ensure compliance with platform policies
8. Team Leadership
·        Manage and guide a team working on marketplace operations
·        Set clear KPIs and ensure accountability
·        Improve team efficiency and output quality
·        Build systems that reduce dependency on individuals
Qualifications & Requirements
·        5–7 years of experience in marketplace or e-commerce management
·        Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms
·        Hands-on experience with marketplace ads and performance optimization
·        Ability to manage large SKU catalogs and multiple platforms
·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·        High ownership mindset with a bias for action
·        Experience managing teams is preferred
Compensation
CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA
