Analytics Specialist Full Time

Job Description:

We are hiring for the role of Data Analytics Consultant to support commercial and sales analytics initiatives in the US Pharma domain. The candidate will work closely with clients, drive analytical discussions, and deliver data-driven insights using advanced analytics tools and large datasets.

Relevant Experience Desired:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Analytics
• Preferably in US Healthcare / Pharma Commercial Analytics
• Strong knowledge of US Pharma datasets such as XPO, DDD, Claims, and MMIT
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Databricks
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data environments
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and storytelling

Responsibilities:

• Execute commercial and sales analytics projects for US Pharma clients
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and business recommendations
• Structure and solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches
• Work with datasets like XPO, DDD, Claims, and MMIT
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Engineering)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Databricks
• Experience with US Pharma data knowledge (XPO, DDD, Claims)
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Experience in global delivery models is a plus
