Role: Lead Global RFP Sales

Role Summary We are looking for a high ownership sales professional to build RFPs into a dedicated revenue channel for Trademo. This person will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, managing, and closing global RFIs, RFPs, and tenders across priority markets and industries. This role sits within the sales team and owns the full commercial lifecycle of RFP led opportunities, from sourcing and bid qualification through submission, clarifications, negotiations, and closure. This is not a field sales support role and not a proposal coordination role. The person in this role will directly own pipeline creation, pursuit strategy, bid execution, and revenue conversion for the RFP channel. The ideal candidate brings strong proposal and bid management experience, strong commercial judgment, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to drive global pursuits independently across internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
● Build RFPs into a dedicated global sales channel for pipeline creation and revenue generation for Trademo
● Source and qualify global RFIs, RFPs, and tenders across priority regions, industries, procurement portals, partner ecosystems, and enterprise buying channels
● Own bid or no bid decisions based on fit, competitiveness, buyer requirements, geography, timing, pricing potential, and win probability
● Own the full pursuit lifecycle from opportunity identification through qualification, bid submission, commercial progression, negotiation, and closure
● Lead requirement analysis through RFP documents, clarification rounds, annexures, and procurement materials, engaging internal subject matter experts where required
● Own the full bid response process, including compliance matrices, proposal narratives, response reviews, attachments, and final submission packaging
● Translate Trademo’s product capabilities, solution strengths, and differentiation into clear, evidence based responses aligned to evaluation criteria and scoring logic
● Drive customer and procurement interactions related to RFP pursuits, including clarification responses, commercial follow ups, presentation coordination, and negotiation steps
● Coordinate demos, workshops, proof of value plans, and follow through actions required during evaluation stages
● Own pricing progression, commercial strategy, and procurement engagement through the bid lifecycle until closure
● Work directly with product, engineering, security, legal, finance, and leadership to secure accurate inputs and move pursuits forward with speed
● Own enterprise security questionnaires, due diligence responses, and assurance documentation, including SOC, ISO, hosting, privacy, and data handling inputs in collaboration with internal owners ● Maintain a disciplined RFP pipeline tracker with weekly reporting on sourced opportunities, active bids, risks, conversion stages, and revenue outlook
● Build and maintain a reusable response library, including standard answers, case studies, customer references, proof points, and proposal templates to improve speed and quality over time ● Continuously improve the bid process, qualification framework, response quality, and win rate of the RFP channel

Qualifications
● 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic bids, RFP management, tender led selling, or similar roles in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or regulated technology environments
● Proven experience sourcing, managing, and closing business through RFIs, RFPs, and tenders
● Strong experience owning end to end bid lifecycles, from sourcing and qualification through submission, commercial progression, and closure
● Strong commercial acumen and confidence handling pricing discussions, procurement processes, and negotiations
● Excellent writing, structuring, and editing skills, with the ability to convert technical and product inputs into clear customer facing responses
● Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering, security, legal, finance, and leadership
● Ability to run multiple parallel pursuits, manage deadlines, and maintain high submission quality under pressure
● Comfort with enterprise procurement requirements, security questionnaires, due diligence packs, and contracting workflows
● High ownership, discipline, and follow through, with the ability to operate independently in a global role
Nice to Have
● Experience in trade compliance, trade finance, sanctions, export controls, supply chain risk, or adjacent GRC categories
● Experience selling into regulated sectors such as financial institutions, logistics, government, customs, or large global enterprises
● Familiarity with enterprise assurance and legal documents such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, DPAs, privacy responses, and hosting questionnaires
● Experience with partner influenced or consortium led bid opportunities

● Qualified RFP pipeline sourced per quarter across target regions and segments
● Number and value of bids submitted
● Shortlist rate, finalist rate, and win rate
● ARR opportunity created and ARR closed through the RFP channel
● On time submission rate across all active pursuits
● Submission quality, including completeness, compliance, and low rework
● Commercial conversion from submitted bids to negotiation and closure
● Turnaround time improvement through stronger content reuse and process discipline
● Quality of pipeline forecasting, pursuit governance, and channel reporting
