Visa Filing Officer Full Time NEW

Must have 3 years of work experience in Visa Filing

1. Candidate Should Be From Immigration Field.

2. Candidate with Min 3 Yr experience in Filling.

3. Documentation verification and background check

4. Rigorous follow up with the student and agents for the update of visa file

5. Processing of international student visa and migration applications for various destinations.

6. Efficient formal documents drafting, filling-in different forms with accuracy, store data and update them time-to-time according to the operations’ work flow

7. Assisting and managing client documents, letters, and applications

8. Coordinate with clients and consular offices.

9. Follow-up for pending documents with clients.

10. Assisting clients with the completion of visa processing

11. Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

12. Excellent Problem-Solving and Customer Service Skills.

13. Sound knowledge of student visa process

14. Connect with all students & prepare them for visa file submission

15. High quality, error free process centric approach.

16. Ability to learn and understand the entry requirement of multiple destinations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh (Chandigarh): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
