Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Tech roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, facilitating smooth communication and timely feedback.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-4 years of work experience in tech recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and selection techniques to identify top talent efficiently.
