Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in/check-out and reservations smoothly
- Handle calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requests
- Process payments, billing, and maintain accurate records
- Address guest complaints and ensure high service standards
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
- Prepare basic reports and ensure proper shift handover
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
