About us:
CK Creation is a wholesale manufacturer of kurtis, kurti sets, and tops based in Chennai. We operate across multiple e-commerce platforms under our brand SITU and are growing our team to strengthen our accounting, billing, and day-to-day administrative operations.
Role overview:
This is a full-scope accounting and admin role. You will handle the company’s day-to-day accounts: offline billing, daily sales, invoicing, GST, and Tally entries — as well as manage billing, reports, and account maintenance across all our e-commerce platforms. You will also support the team with vendor coordination, dispatch paperwork, and general admin tasks.
What we are looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, billing, or a similar role
- Tally (TallyPrime/Tally ERP 9) mandatory
- Knowledge of GST filing and returns
- Hands-on experience with at least one e-commerce seller portal (Myntra, AJIO, Shopify) preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable handling both accounts and admin tasks
- Good coordination and communication skills
- B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or wholesale industry is a plus
What you will do:
- Maintain daily sales entries, cash book, and books of accounts in Tally
- Raise and manage invoices, bills, and credit/debit notes for both offline and online transactions
- Handle purchase invoices, vendor bills, GST filing, and returns
- Manage and monitor seller accounts across Myntra, AJIO, Shopify
- Generate and track platform reports: sales, returns, payments, and reconciliation
- Ensure billing compliance and follow up on payment holds or penalties raised by platforms
- Coordinate couriers, dispatch paperwork, and follow up with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain organised filing of invoices, reports, and business records
- Assist with month-end closing and financial summaries
