Job Title: Front Desk & Travel Management Intern
Employment Type: Paid Internship (6 Months)
Location: Ahmedabad
About the Role
On2Cook is looking for a well-organized, proactive, and people-friendly individual to join us as a Front Desk & Travel Management Intern. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors while also supporting travel coordination and administrative operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office management, coordination, and corporate travel planning within a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
- Manage reception duties: handle incoming calls, welcome visitors, and maintain records
- Ensure the front office area is clean, professional, and well-organized
- Maintain visitor logs and handle general inquiries
- Support day-to-day administrative and facility-related tasks
Travel Management
- Assist in booking travel arrangements (flights, trains, hotels, and local transport)
- Coordinate accommodation and itineraries for employees and visiting stakeholders
- Liaise with travel vendors, agents, and service providers
- Maintain travel records, expense tracking, and documentation
- Ensure smooth travel logistics and timely coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, either completed or currently in the final year of study.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Prior exposure to admin or coordination roles is a plus
