Manage customer sales orders end-to-end, from order receipt to delivery. Create and maintain sales orders in SAP and resolve pricing, master data, or system issues. Identify, monitor, and resolve order blocks, including credit, delivery, MOQ/MOV, permits, and lead time issues. Coordinate with Credit, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to fix order issues. Send order confirmations, proactive delay updates, and handle order changes or cancellations. Track open orders, ensure SLA compliance (24 hours), and escalate issues when needed.
