Job Overview

We are hiring a Regional Manager (IT – eGovernance) to manage and execute government IT projects across Arunachal Pradesh. This role requires strong coordination with government departments and hands-on experience in implementing digital platforms and IT infrastructure in regional environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Implementation & Monitoring

• Lead implementation of e-Governance projects (portals, MIS, citizen services)
• Track timelines, deliverables, and SLAs
• Ensure smooth rollout across districts

2. Government Coordination

• Work closely with District Administration, State IT Department, and line departments
• Conduct regular review meetings and status updates
• Align solutions with government policies

3. Operations & Service Delivery

• Ensure uptime of applications and IT infrastructure
• Manage on-ground teams and vendors
• Handle challenges in remote/low-resource locations

4. Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with government IT and data security policies
• Conduct audits and risk assessments

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Maintain dashboards and project documentation

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of web applications, databases, and cloud
• Understanding of networking and IT infrastructure
• Basic cybersecurity awareness

Functional Skills

• Experience in government IT / e-Governance projects
• Vendor and stakeholder management
• Strong reporting & documentation

Soft Skills

• Strong communication with government officials
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments
• Problem-solving and adaptability

Qualifications

• B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech/ MSc IT (preferred)
• MBA (IT / Operations) is a plus
• ITIL / PMP / Prince2 certifications are an advantage

Experience Required

• 5–12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in e-Governance / Government IT implementation
• Experience in North-East or rural deployment is a strong advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
