We are hiring for an exciting opportunity with a reputed Agriculture / Vegetable Seeds MNC. We are looking for dynamic sales professionals with strong market knowledge, dealer management, and agri-sales experience.

Regional Business Manager

Experience:

7–10 Years in Seeds / Agriculture Sales

Location:

Bengaluru

Responsibility:

To Look after Sales performance of 8 Indian States

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Drive sales growth, market share, and business expansion in assigned territory

✔ Manage pricing, distribution, promotions, and dealer network performance

✔ Generate sales orders and ensure timely payment collections

✔ Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers

✔ Provide market intelligence on competitors, customer trends, and opportunities

✔ Handle sales forecasting, collection planning, and promotional strategies

✔ Identify and appoint new dealers / distributors and manage underperforming partners

✔ Ensure inventory and supply chain management across territory

✔ Lead product trials, variety demonstrations, and commercial product launches

✔ Represent the organization in trade fairs, government interactions, and industry associations

✔ Lead and mentor sales teams through targets, reviews, feedback, and hiring support

✔ Extensive field travel as per business needs
