We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Agent with a background in BPO operations to support logistics and shipment-related processes. The role involves handling back-office operations, data entry, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Handle shipment-related back-office operations

Perform data entry and maintain records with high accuracy

Manage and verify shipping documentation

Support order processing and transaction handling

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Ensure adherence to process guidelines and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of experience in BPO / BPS / back-office operations

Good understanding of operational processes

Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)

Strong data entry and documentation skills

Good communication and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain is an added advantage
