Job Purpose: Head – PMAG (Hydro PSP) is responsible for leading and overseeing all the strategic execution, governance, Budget management & schedule management of Hydro PSP projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lead risk management, contractor relations, and compliance efforts to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all administrative functions at the Hydro PSP site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support site operations.
• Manage procurement processes for site requirements, including vendor coordination and inventory management.
• Supervise facilities and housekeeping services to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
• Identify key social, environmental, and economic areas where the company can make a positive impact.
• Ensure CSR activities comply with legal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Represent the company at industry events, forums, and community engagements.
• Engage employees through awareness campaigns, training, and participation in CSR activities.
• Prepare sustainability and CSR reports for internal leadership and public disclosure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following – Business Administration, Public Relation, Social Science.
• 10+ years of experience in administrative roles with a focus on site-based operations and CSR activities.
