Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Desktop – Technical Support – L1.5 position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing desktop support, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting in the maintenance and repair of desktop computers. You will resolve technical concerns for end-users, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Repair
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Desk Top Support
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues
• Good communication skills for explaining technical solutions to non-technical users
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCP) are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
