Roles and responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer, utilizing a 360-degree approach.
• Become an expert in sourcing talent on LinkedIn Recruiter Power Search (RPS) and other online platforms.
• Leverage your knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
• Craft compelling job advertisements to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and participate in the selection process.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and account managers throughout the process.
• Work as per GDPR compliance standards
• Working on IT service and direct client portfolios across European Region

Your Profile

• Minimum 1 – 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates across various roles and industries.
• Adept at utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Search (RPS) for advanced sourcing strategies.
• Worked on European based sourcing portals like Xing Talent Manager, TotalJobs, JobUp, Pracuj, EURES
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• A genuine passion for recruiting and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
• Openness to experiencing new cultures and a willingness to work across the Europe markets.
