Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Water System

  • Operation of Raw water tank system, pre-treatment plant, Purified generation, storage and distribution system, WFI generation, storage and distribution system and pure steam generator.
  • Record the daily parameter in daily logbooks.
  • Carryout the preventive maintenance of all above-mentioned systems as per procedure.
  • Attend the breakdown on immediate basis in all above-mentioned systems as per breakdown maintenance procedure.
  • Carry out the sanitization of MGF, RO plant, PW generation plant, PW storage & distribution system, PW storage & distribution system-2, WFI storage & distribution system as per procedure.
  • Carry out the cleaning of dosing solution tank and raw water storage tank.
  • Ensure that surrounding area is neat and clean inside and outside of water system room.
  • Ensure that all instruments are in calibration state.
  • Affix the color-coding mark on utility piping whenever required.

Other Duties

  • Perform additional assignments or responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department related to Operation and documentation.

Qualifications

Qualification: Diploma / ITI (Electrical)

Experience: 4 to 7 years
