Senior Specialist – SAP Full Time NEW

We are looking for a talented and experienced SAP MM Consultant to join our team as a Senior Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our S/4HANA Functional – Delivery department, leveraging their expertise in SAP MM and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) integration. With a strong focus on end-to-end SAP MM implementations and logistics collaboration, the Senior Specialist will be instrumental in driving successful projects and enhancing our client’s supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a functional consultant for SAP MM on S/4HANA, ensuring smooth implementation, rollout, and enhancements.
• Configure and support core MM processes, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Goods Receipt/Issue, and Invoice Verification.
• Design and manage 3PL integration scenarios, such as subcontracting, external warehousing, and stock transfers.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Handle integration points with SD, WM/EWM, FI, and external logistics systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Support S/4HANA-specific features like the Business Partner approach, MRP optimization, and embedded analytics.
• Perform comprehensive system testing and provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Prepare documentation, provide user training, and ensure a smooth transition during cutover activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP MM functional experience, with a strong focus on S/4HANA MM.
• Proven experience in 3PL/third-party logistics models, ensuring efficient integration.
• At least 1-2 end-to-end implementation projects on SAP S/4HANA, demonstrating successful delivery.
• Good understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes, ensuring optimal solutions.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP SD, FI, WM/EWM, and external systems for seamless data exchange.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles, fostering strong relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration.
• Experience with SAP EWM or WM integration with 3PL providers is an added advantage.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori apps related to MM is desirable, enhancing user experience.
• Experience in multi-country or global rollout projects is a plus, demonstrating scalability.
