JOB DESCRIPTION
The Regional Manager (IT) will oversee the implementation and management of e-Governance projects across the assigned region. The role involves coordinating with government departments, ensuring timely delivery of digital services, and maintaining system performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Implement and monitor e-Governance projects, portals, and MIS systems
– Coordinate with district and state government officials
– Ensure smooth operations and uptime of IT systems
– Maintain compliance with IT policies, data security, and cybersecurity norms
– Prepare progress reports and performance dashboards
– Identify and support new business opportunities, including proposal inputs, relationship building with government departments, and expansion of existing projects
