Job Role:
We are looking for a smart & efficient Ticketing Executive who can handle train ticket bookings through IRCTC for corporate clients.
Key Role:
- Train ticket booking (Regular & Tatkal)
- Client coordination & query handling
- Ticket changes, cancellations & updates
Requirements:
- IRCTC booking experience
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
