Associate E-commerce Operator Full Time

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
• Optimize conversion rate (CVR), AOV, ROAS
• Plan offers, discounts, and campaigns (festive, drops, launches)
• Work closely with ads team to scale profitable products

2. Website Management (Shopify)

• Manage and optimize Shopify store (errabelly.co.in)
• Improve product pages (images, descriptions, trust signals)
• Ensure smooth checkout experience
• Work with developers for UI/UX improvements

3. Product & Merchandising

• Upload products with SEO-optimized titles + descriptions
• Maintain collections (New Arrivals, Bestsellers, Premium Picks)
• Decide product positioning (hero products vs fillers)
• Monitor stock & coordinate restocking

4. Performance Analytics

• Track metrics:
• Conversion rate
• Bounce rate
• Customer acquisition cost
• Return rate
• Use tools like Google Analytics & Meta Ads Manager
• Identify winning products and scale them

5. Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute:
• Sale campaigns (End of Season, Summer Drop, Festive)
• Product launches
• Influencer collaborations
• Align with social media + ads team

6. Order & Operations Management

• Oversee order processing & fulfillment
• Coordinate with logistics partners
• Reduce RTO (Return to Origin)
• Improve delivery timelines

7. Customer Experience

• Ensure smooth customer journey from landing → checkout → delivery
• Improve WhatsApp, email, and support responses
• Reduce complaints & increase repeat customers

8. Retention & CRM

• Build repeat purchase strategies
• Email & WhatsApp campaigns
• Loyalty programs / VIP customers

Skills Required

• Strong experience with Shopify backend
• Understanding of Meta Ads & performance marketing
• Data-driven thinking (not guessing, only numbers)
• Fashion sense (VERY important for ERRABELLY)
• Basic understanding of SEO & CRO
• Problem-solving mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,055.72 – ₹30,000.00 per month
