IT Operations Lead Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY

The Software Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and user administration of extensive portfolio of 16+ SaaS applications. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, this role serves as the organization’s subject-matter expert on software platform configuration, user provisioning, hierarchy management, and access controls across every business-critical application. The Software Administrator will manage user profiles, permissions, and organizational hierarchies within Adobe, Zoho, MyMarky.AI, Navan, Amazon Business, Uline, GlobalTranz, BayWa Portal, Canva, Moo.com, FURE, Shopify, QuotaPath, tl;dv, Absorb LMS, Bonusly, and any future platforms adopted by the company. A critical component of this role is partnering closely with the IT Administrator to implement SCIM-based automated provisioning across as many applications as possible, reducing manual onboarding effort and strengthening security through centralized identity management. The ideal candidate is methodical, detail-oriented, and passionate about evaluating software tools to maximize organizational efficiency.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

SaaS User & Profile Management

• Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions across all company SaaS platforms including Adobe, Zoho, MyMarky.AI, Navan, Amazon Business, Uline, GlobalTranz, BayWa Portal, Canva, Moo.com, FURE, Shopify, QuotaPath, tl;dv, Absorb LMS, and Bonusly
• Configure and maintain organizational hierarchies, team structures, and approval workflows within each platform based on guidance from the IT Administrator
• Execute user onboarding and offboarding processes across all managed applications, ensuring timely provisioning and de-provisioning of access
• Maintain accurate records of all user accounts, license allocations, and access levels across the full software portfolio

SCIM Integration & Automation

• Partner with the IT Administrator to evaluate, plan, and implement SCIM-based automated provisioning for each SaaS application where supported
• Document SCIM integration requirements, compatibility assessments, and implementation timelines for each platform
• Test and validate automated provisioning workflows to ensure accurate user lifecycle management across connected applications
• Maintain a centralized integration status tracker showing SCIM readiness and implementation progress for all managed platforms

Software Evaluation & Optimization

• Continuously review each managed software platform to assess utilization, feature adoption, and opportunities for efficiency gains
• Evaluate new software tools proposed for company adoption, providing recommendations on functionality, integration capabilities, and total cost of ownership
• Develop implementation plans and timelines for new software rollouts, coordinating training and change management with relevant stakeholders
• Monitor license usage and costs across all platforms, identifying opportunities for consolidation or tier optimization

IT Service Desk & Documentation

• Serve as the first point of contact for Level 1 IT helpdesk tickets related to software access, configuration, and user account issues
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, configuration runbooks, and troubleshooting procedures for all managed platforms
• Develop training materials and onboarding resources to help new employees navigate the company’s software ecosystem efficiently

PROCESS DEVELOPMENT & CONTINUOUS OPTIMIZATION

Establish and maintain a structured review cycle for all managed SaaS platforms, evaluating usage metrics, feature utilization, and cost efficiency on a quarterly basis. Document standardized procedures for user provisioning, role assignment, and access revocation across each application. Continuously identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency in software administration workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 2+ years of experience in software administration, SaaS platform management, or IT operations support
• Demonstrated experience managing user accounts and permissions across multiple SaaS applications simultaneously
• Strong understanding of user provisioning workflows, role-based access controls, and organizational hierarchy configuration
• Ability to evaluate software platforms for functionality, integration potential, and alignment with business requirements
• Experience creating implementation plans and coordinating multi-user software rollouts
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization

Preferred

• Familiarity with SCIM protocol, SSO/SAML configuration, or identity management platforms
• Experience with specific platforms in SUNRGY’s stack (Adobe Admin Console, Zoho Administration, Shopify, Navan, or similar)
• Background in software license management and cost optimization
• Experience in fast-growing companies where the software ecosystem evolves rapidly
• Knowledge of IT service management practices and ticketing system workflows
